The German Timber Promotion Fund expanded its international public relations activities during the first half of 2008. Technical articles on modern timber products along with articles on the German timber industry were published on a worldwide basis through the "Germany - Partner of the World" magazine made available by German consulates, as well as in technical publications of the Gulf region and the UK.
