The German Timber Promotion Fund participated in the international wood trade fair "Woodshow" in Dubai, UAE, between 5-7 February, 2008. The Woodshow is the leading trade fair for timber products and timber processing machinery in the Near and Middle East. Numerous technical discussions on the GERMANTIMBER fair booth revealed the important role modern timber products and constructions could have in the expanding construction sector in the Gulf region.
